What made this trip work

Staying on the lakefront meant we walked to everything - no taxis, no DDs needed.
Splitting the big-air crowd from the gondola-and-wine half kept it fun for all eight, not just the daredevils.
The jetboat was the one everyone did together - the day the stag still talks about.
Booking the adventure activities as a group bundle saved a chunk per person.
