Permits & fees
Requires advance written permission from the Kralendijk Harbourmaster - a copy of each diver's passport must be submitted at least 24 hours ahead, dives must be led by a certified divemaster with a maximum of 4 divers per guide, and a per-person harbor fee (commonly cited around $35) applies; in addition every diver must hold the annual Bonaire Nature Fee/STINAPA tag ($40 as of 2026), required for all water activities including shore dives like this one
