Truk Lagoon's largest wreck (163m); disorientation risk in machinery-filled engine room and cargo holds; unexploded ordnance/live torpedoes still in forward holds (do not touch/disturb); war grave - treat with respect; depth (to ~35m) requires NDL/deco awareness

Permits & fees

Chuuk State dive permit required, reported ~$50 (per Blue Lagoon Dive Shop rates page), valid 1 year, plus a state service tax on diving services - confirm current fee locally
