Diving is prohibited: 'Landing, movement, and scuba diving are prohibited throughout the year without permission from Metsahallitus,' and a 1,500m protected zone around Namnlosan island requires separate authorization from the Finnish Heritage Agency; unauthorized entry is a criminal offense under the Antiquities Act; fallen mast sections create snag hazards for any permitted divers; depth (~41m) and cold, low-visibility conditions add technical risk
