Diving requires individual or collective authorization via recmar.caib.es (CAIB); fee figures found are inconsistent across years (a ~26.96€ collective-authorization figure appeared in one source; older 2013 figures cite ~50€/year individual, 10€/month) - exact current fee VERIFY.
