Fire coral (contact dermatitis), boat traffic near the lighthouse and mooring field, possible current on the exposed south side. Designated FKNMS Sanctuary Preservation Area (SPA): no anchoring (mooring buoys only), no touching/collecting coral or marine life (15 CFR 922 Subpart P)
