Snorkelling

Not a snorkel site - Not typically offered - the wall drops straight to abyssal depth at the shelf edge with little shallow shelf for snorkeling

Deep wall and overhang (risk of exceeding recreational limits), possible strong current, remote open-ocean atoll with limited emergency evacuation options

Permits & fees

No independent public permit - access has historically been bundled entirely through Layang-Layang Island Resort's charter flight/dive packages (the atoll hosts a Malaysian naval base and is not otherwise open to visitors)
