Permits & fees

no permit specific to this dive site; Xiaoliuqiu introduced a NT$60 (~US$2) marine-conservation entry fee for three designated intertidal zones (Gebanwan, Meiren Cave area, etc.) starting July 2024/2025 - primarily aimed at intertidal walking areas rather than scuba entry points, and a portion of nearby Lobster Cave is now off-limits to the public
